Over our history we have either directly managed or been involved with hundreds of trespasser / squatter removals, evictions and repossessions for private individuals, international law firms, large management companies, corporate entities and at least a dozen of the established London Boroughs, using various instruments including but not limited to; Common Law, Writs of Possession, Writs of Restitution, Writs of Delivery, Writs of Control, Writs of Assistance (following the implementation of a Borough wide injunction), assisting the Police with Section 61 removals and enforcing Section 77/78 Magistrates Orders.
